What to expect:
Arrive, 6:45 PM. Come a few minutes early to check in, find a seat and settle in before we begin.
Meditation, 7:00 PM. Dan opens with a short thought or an introduction to the evening's meditation. We sit together for thirty minutes of guided meditation and close with the chance for anyone who'd like to share what came up for them. Sharing is always optional.
Men's & Women's Groups, 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM. After meditation, we split into Men's and Women's groups for open, honest conversation about whatever's actually on people's minds that week. Sometimes a topic gets introduced, sometimes it doesn't. No one is required to share. If you'd rather sit and listen, that's completely normal and welcome.
